If you have mobility issues and are having a hard time finding a tour company to help you negotiate wheelchair friendly tour, please contact St. Peter’s basilica wheelchair. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Lauricio asked a lot of questions to help guide us which days and times would best for us.
I was greeted by name every time we went into the office. Our tour guide was very pleasant, passionate and knowledgeable. They made the whole process going to the Vatican and Colosseum with a wheelchair a breeze.
Very reasonable price for the equipment and tours.

Excellent service and one if the best tours we have taken. Provided wheelchair and took time to adjust it for comfort and safety. Guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the buildings, art and statuary. No rushing, cleared path for wheelchair and seniors with wheelchair were able to keep up easily. Had pictures and schematics that he used to tee us up before Sistine Chapel so we understood what we were seeing. Thing i liked best was "tasting" history. There is a water fountain with cold clear water that dispenses water carried to the Vatican via the Roman aqueduct built by the original Romans. We filled up our bottles and got a drink just as the. Romans before us did. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Lauricio for his patience, professionalism and kindness from the beginning to end of our Vatican tour last week in the torrents of rain. Thank you too to our informative and attentive kind guide, Paula, who even helped us with locating a taxi on a very busy afternoon. Excellent service.
