He went above and beyond with the delivery of the things you need at a timely manner and making sure you are taken care of with the best quality tour. I have been in many tours all over the world and have to say this was the far best one I have experienced. I was also able to experience seeing Pope Francis up close and attend his Ash Wednesday Mass thanks to their services. See photos. This was a dream come true! We didn’t realize how easy it would be to rent a wheelchair for my 80 year old mom on our trip to Rome. So close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica. We initially rented it to 3 days and decided to keep it for an additional 3 days. Lauricio was great throughout the whole process! Helped us with directions and went above and beyond. I’d like to point out that because we had her on the wheelchair we were able to avoid waiting and long lines. St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, The Colosseum and Roman Forum had elevators and ramps available to move around with a wheel chair. Thank you so much to this business! Without their service we would have not been able to enjoy much of Rome and Venice like we did! We pretty much walked everywhere and it was not that hard to get around the streets of Rome with the wheelchair. They also offer other rentals such as walkers and strollers. Not at all expensive like we thought. Certainly recommend to all. 💯💯💯 Read more Bint TalibBint Talib5 out of 5 starsin the last week Highly recommended if you are looking for wheelchairs.
